Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. June 2nd, 2026, by the County Auditor of Otter Tail County for County Project No. 575-4004; Glacial Edge Trail Maplewood State Park. Bids shall be submitted through Otter Tail County’s online bidding system (bidVault). Mailed and hand delivered bids are not allowed. County Project No. 575-4004: Multi Use Trail Grading, Agg. Base, Paving & Drainage within Maplewood State Park along CSAH 3 from Isle View Dr to CSAH 24. Approximately 2.5 miles in length. Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations. Bids will be opened and read publicly by the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners or their designated representative, immediately after the hour set for receiving bids in the Lida Lake Room at the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, 500-600 Fir Avenue West, Fergus Falls Minnesota. Physical copies of the proposal including plans may be examined and/or secured at the Office of the Otter Tail County Engineer, 505 South Court Street, Fergus Falls, MN 56537.
