Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 30th, 2026, by the County Auditor of Otter Tail County for the 2026 Traffic Marking Project. Electronic bids must be submitted through Otter Tail County's online bidding system (bidVault). Mailed or hand delivered bids will not be allowed. Approximate Project Length = 423.26 miles Bids will be opened and read publicly by the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners or their designated representative, immediately after the hour set for receiving bids in the Long Lake Room at the Office of the Otter Tail County Engineer, 505 South Court Street, Fergus Falls, MN. Physical copies of the proposal including plans may be secured by contacting the Office of the Otter Tail County Engineer, Phone (218) 998-8470. Cost of physical copies of proposal including plans is $25.00 (Non-refundable) Digital copies of the documents may be downloaded for no cost at https://mn-co-otter-tail.app.rtvision.com/oneoffice/bidding. To submit a bid online you must be a registered plan holder, you can create an account at https://connex.rtvision.com/. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check made payable to the County Treasurer, Otter Tail County, for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal.
