Approximate Project Length = 65.562 Miles Seal Coat, 51.37 Miles Crack Seal Minimum Wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations. Bids will be opened and read publicly by the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners or their designated representative, immediately after the hour set for receiving bids in the Long Lake Room at the Otter Tail County Highway Department, 505 South Court Street, Fergus Falls, MN 56537.
