Requests for plans, proposal, and specifications must be accompanied by a check, draft or money order for $40.00 per set (non refundable) made payable to the Traverse County Treasurer. A PDF version of the plan and proposal will be available after payment is received. Award or rejection of contract will be done at the Commissioner meeting following the bid opening. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or parts of bids and waive informalities herein. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bidders bond, payable to the Traverse County Treasurer for at least 5% of the proposal, said check or bond to be forfeited to the County if an award is made to a bidder and he fails to execute a contract covering the same.
