Contract Description:
furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and skill required for work as described in the Bidding Documents. This is a campground electrical site improvement project at Baker Regional Park located in Maple Plain, Minnesota. The project generally includes, but is not limited to, distribution equipment upgrades, RV pedestal improvements, and construction of associated underground wiring and service laterals in campground loops B, D, G, and F.
Electrical service work associated with utility transformers and primary service laterals will be completed by Xcel Energy outside of this contract. The Owner will be responsible for site restoration.
