Electronic bids must be submitted through Otter Tail County's online bidding system (bidVault). Mailed or hand delivered bids will not be accepted. Project No. SAP 056-635-043; CSAH 35 from TH 108 to CSAH 4; 10.796 miles Minimum Wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations. Bids will be opened and read publicly by the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners or their designated representative, immediately after the hour set for receiving bids in the Lida Lake Room at the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, 500-600 Fir Avenue West, Fergus Falls Minnesota.
