The City of Brainerd (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Projects:
Imp. 21-13 – Beech/Oakridge Reconstruction Project (SAP 108-125-004/Improvement 21-13 and Improvement 21-14)
Bids for the construction of the Projects will be received at the Office of the City Engineer located at City of Brainerd, 501 Laurel Street, Brainerd, MN 56401, until Thursday, June 5th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Grading, Aggregate Base, Bituminous Surfacing, Storm Sewer, Watermain, Concrete Curb & Gutter, Concrete Sidewalk, and ADA Improvements. Please note the updated special provisions.
