NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00AM on March 18, 2025 by Allen Paulson, Clearwater County Auditor, County Courthouse, 213 Main Ave. No., Dept 202, Bagley, MN 56621-8304, on behalf of the Clearwater County Board of Commissioners for the construction of the County project listed below. Proposals will be opened and read publicly at the County Courthouse in Bagley, MN immediately after the hour set for receiving bids. SAP 015-601-011, SAP 015-617-005/SAP 04-603-006, SAP 015-622-008, SAP 015-623-008 SAP 015-624-005, SAP 015-626-004, SAP 015-632-004, SAP 015-647-005, SAP 015-653-002, SAP 015-654-002, SAP 015-656-001, CP 25-031, CP 25-002 & CP 25 007; Bituminous Milling, Bituminous Surfacing, Bituminous Shoulder Widening, Grading, Grade Correction, Milled Rumble Stripes & Aggregate Shouldering. The major quantities of work are as follows: Mill bituminous surface – 653,902 Square Yards, Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mixture (3,B) – 110,925 tons, and Broken and Solid paint – 558,377 lin. ft. Work shall be completed by October 15, 2025. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or corporate surety bond made payable to the Clearwater County Treasurer for at least five percent of the amount of the bid. The Clearwater County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any defects or irregularities therein which may be in the best interest of the County of Clearwater.
