At that time, the bids will be electronically opened, read publicly at the Waseca County Public Works building, 1495 5th Street SE, Waseca, MN 56093, and results posted online at https://mn-co-waseca.app.rtvision.com/oneoffice/bidding for the following project: Contract # 812502 SAP 081-598-017, SAP 081-598-018 & SAP 081-598-019 Bridge No. 7603, Bridge No. 7604, and Bridge No. 81509 Replacement & Approach Grading Complete digital project documents are available at https://mn-co-waseca.app.rtvision.com/oneoffice/public/bidding. To become a registered plan holder and to bid electronically, bidders must create an account at: https://connex.uccs.com. There is no cost to register or download the project documents. Project documents may be viewed at the County Highway Engineer's office located at 1495 5th Street SE, Waseca, MN 56093. Bids will only be accepted by submitting an electronic bid using bidVAULT at https://bidvault.mn.uccs.com. No hard copies will be accepted. Instructions on submitting a bid electronically can be found on the bidVAULT website. The cost to submit a bid is $25. Each bid must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of Waseca County in the amount of at least 5% of the bid price. Upon execution of the Contract, bid bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders within 30 days of the opening of the bids. A Performance Bond payable to Waseca County, in the full amount of the bid, shall be furnished by the successful bidder.
